The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing payroll, handling taxation, and supporting audits. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries and account adjustments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS).
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns in compliance with statutory regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
Liaise with internal departments and external auditors for financial audits.
Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly books of accounts.
Support compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
