JOB DESCRIPTION (LOCATION: BALLYGUNGE PHARI, ##Female preferred) 1) To ensure timely payments of LIC, Mediclaim, PPF,NPS,SSY of the directors 2) To ensure timely payment of Property taxes of the Properties situated at different parts of the Country by coordinating with the concerned person of the dealing agents and also to ensure timely renewal of rent agreement of all the rented properties. 3) To ensure timely payments of utility bills such as Mobile & electricity etc. 4) To ensure timely repayment of Secured/Unsecured loans of the directors. 5) To reconcile books of accounts of the directors with the books of corporate business entities at regular intervals. 6) Calculation of Advance tax of the directors & reconciliation of 26AS with the books. 7) Finalize the books of accounts of the directors, LLPs,Jvs & to file ITR accordingly. 8) To check the the monthly TDS payment workings and also quarterly TDS return workings(both 24Q & 26Q).
