Job Summary

As a part of our continued expansion, Targray requires the services of a Senior Accounts Executive to join our India Office in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Job responsibilities - Accounts Payable:
  • Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and payment of the invoices.
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests within defined turnaround time.
  • Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
  • Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.
  • Follow up with requisitions to solve hold invoice as per the AP guideline
  • Employee expense report processing
  • Matching credit card transaction and record them accordingly
  • Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation
  • Received not invoiced report review.
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Assist in month end close activities including the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities.
  • Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices and queries are handled as per the guidelines
  • Assist in yearend close and audit tasks.
  • Build effective relationship within the team and outside counterparts
  • Cross training on additional activities in Accounts Receivable and financial modules and act as back up for team members
  • Responsible for learning and supporting the process end to end within the team and building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)
  • 7- 8 years of work experience
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
