Sr Account Manager

A renowned Delhi NCR-based D2C brand founded by an IIM Alumni, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to fulfill the digital marketing needs of its exclusive clientele. The role of Senior Account Manager entails overseeing the operations of the online store and fostering strong connections with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and collaborate effectively with various teams. Additionally, the Senior Account Manager should possess knowledge in the realm of digital marketing, including familiarity with social media and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee the online store\'s daily operations, including inventory management, promotional campaigns, and customer service

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales to the online store

3. Identify areas for improvement and optimization within the online store, making recommendations for process changes or system enhancements

4. Monitor and analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth

5. Prepare and present reports to leadership and clients on online store performance and key initiatives

6. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, sharing best practices and new ideas with the team

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a senior account manager or in a similar role in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry

2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

3. Excellent multitasking and project-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently

4. Knowledge of principles and best practices in digital marketing, with an understanding of Facebook and Google platforms

5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

6. A proactive and results-oriented attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed

7. BS/BA degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
