Role and Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance- Ensure compliance with financial regulations for warrants, IPOs, preferential allotments, etc.
Filing of company annual documents with ROC or any other regulatory body.
Maintenance of various statutory registers of the company.
Documentation Management- Oversee end-to-end documentation process, including creation, review and validation.
Due diligence- Conduct thorough due diligence, verify accuracy, and ensure required approvals. Coordination- Collaborate with internal teams, legal and clients to facilitate smooth processes.
Record keeping- Maintain organized documentation records for audits and reviews. Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for management detailing activities and risks.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in relevant field/Company Secretary 1+ years of documentation management experience in finance Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance (for listed companies as well) Excellent organizational and communication skills.
