  • Position Type: Permanent
  • Qualification: Essential: Engineering Graduate/ Diploma/ Any Graduate
  • Location: West Bengal
  • Experience: 5-10years
  • Preferred Candidates: BFSI space (Sales \xe2\x80\x93 SME and Business Banking, Trade Finance & Forex)
Key Responsiblities:
  • Onboarding the sellers along with the catalogue and help induce and support transactions on the platform.
  • Attaining the numbers and revenue targets
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying the opportunities and offering platform centric solutions
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommending banks/ NBFC\xe2\x80\x99s depending on customer profile and coordinating for loans/ finance
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Deepening the relationship through cross sell and up sell
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing & being accountable for the Sales Associates targets and their deliverables along with own sales target.
Key Competencies:
  • Should have demonstrated abilities to nurture relationships and generate revenue.
  • Communicate persuasively in English & Hindi / Local language
  • Stable Career record
