Issue our Consent letter. 2. Vetting of transaction documents. 3. Execution of documents 4. Hold the Transaction documents and Title Deeds of the transaction. 5. Create and Perfect Security on behalf of the lenders. 6. ROC Form filing & CERSAI Filing. 7. Issuing Custody Confirmation Letter for Holding Transaction Documents/Title Deeds in our custody Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
