Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations of the organization, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets. This role involves supervising security staff, monitoring surveillance systems, conducting risk assessments, implementing security protocols, and responding promptly to incidents. The Security Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations while maintaining a secure and orderly environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage security personnel and daily operations Monitor surveillance systems and ensure access control compliance Conduct risk assessments and implement security protocols Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies Maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation Train, guide, and evaluate security staff performance Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Mandatatory: Should know the driving.

Experience: 2-3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
