Job Description

Conducting regular interior/exterior patrols, checking guest corridors, parking lots, and perimeter for security breaches or safety hazards. Monitoring guest and staff entrances/exits, verifying identification, and preventing unauthorized access or tailgating. Operating and monitoring CCTV security cameras, alarm systems, and security logs to detect suspicious activity. Acting as first responders to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats; activating emergency protocols and assisting with evacuations. Assisting guests (e.g., handling lockouts, escorting, handling intoxicated individuals) while maintaining a polite, professional demeanor to ensure a secure environment. Preparing detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and investigating disturbances or theft.
