Job description Job Summary As a Security In- Charge with Kalasagar Hotel you will be responsible for: Supervising a team of Security Personnel. Should be familiar with overall premises. Regularly patrol and spot-check premises. They\xe2\x80\x99re responsible for monitoring security protocols and ensuring policies are followed correctly. Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing the security personnel in a structure or specific region.
- Overseeing the team of security personnel to ensure every security guideline, procedure, and policy is being followed.
- Performing routine inspections in the premises.
- Monitoring activities on security camera video monitors.
- Ensuring that the premises is kept neat & clean.
- Ensure that the security guards have the right values and approach towards their duties and they are in proper uniform, neat and clean.
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
