Experience: 3 to 4 years in industrial/plant security management

Timing: 8 am to 8 pm
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage overall security operations within the plant/organization.
Prepare and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Supervise security staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline.
Monitor entry/exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles to prevent unauthorized access.
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, alarm systems, and access control devices.
Handle emergency situations, accidents, thefts, or security breaches.
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when required.
Prepare security reports, maintain records, and report incidents to management.
Conduct training and awareness programs for security guards.
Ensure fire safety, evacuation drills, and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
Graduate / Ex-Serviceman preferred.
Strong leadership and crisis-handling skills.
Knowledge of security equipment and procedures.
Ability to manage a team of security supervisors and guards.
