Job Title: Security Incharge Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Security Incharge with an army/police background to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and school property. The Security Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the school\'s security operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols Monitor and supervise security personnel Conduct regular security risk assessments Ensure proper functioning of security equipment and systems Coordinate with law enforcement agencies Provide regular training and awareness programs Conduct background checks on security personnel Investigate security incidents and violations Maintain accurate records of security-related activities Qualifications: 5+ yrs. exp. in security-related field, army background preferred Bachelor\'s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or equivalent experience Skills Required: Strong leadership and management skills Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in the use of security equipment and systems Physical fitness and ability to respond to emergencies Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
