A Hotel Security Incharge (or Manager/Supervisor) ensures the safety of guests, staff, and property by leading the security team, implementing safety policies, monitoring surveillance, and managing emergency responses. They conduct regular patrols, control access to restricted areas, handle incidents, and maintain security systems to provide a safe, secure environment, often acting as a first responder.
Requirements:
Male candidate preferred.
Experience in hotel industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Team Leadership:
Supervising, training, scheduling, and mentoring security personnel.
Policy Development:
Creating, maintaining, and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans (fire, medical, security breaches).
Surveillance & Patrols:
Monitoring CCTV systems and conducting regular patrols of the hotel, including parking areas, guest floors, and back-of-house, to detect unauthorized individuals or hazards.
Incident Management:
Investigating incidents, thefts, and safety hazards, while preparing detailed daily reports for management.
Access Control & Security Systems:
Managing key control, surveillance equipment, and restricting access to unauthorized areas.
Liaison & Training:
Liaising with local law enforcement and training staff on emergency procedures.
Conflict Resolution:
Handling guest disturbances and ensuring a peaceful environment.
