Job Description

Monitoring & Surveillance:

Operate and monitor surveillance cameras, security systems, and alarms for suspicious activity and potential threats.

Patrolling:

Conduct regular foot patrols of the office premises, including building interiors, exteriors, and parking lots, to identify potential risks and secure perimeters.

Access Control:

Manage entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles, verify IDs, and enforce access protocols.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, fires, or other emergencies, providing immediate assistance, coordinating with emergency services, and following established protocols.

Incident Reporting:

Document all activities and observations in detailed reports, including any incidents, suspicious behavior, or security issues that occur during the shift.

Policy Enforcement:

Uphold and enforce company policies and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone on-site.

Customer Service:

Provide assistance, guidance, and a professional demeanor to employees and visitors, answering questions and offering directions as needed.

First Aid & CPR:

Administer basic first aid and CPR in case of injury or medical emergency, as trained.
