Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises. Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents and take necessary action. Maintain daily logs of activities and incidents. Enforce company rules and protocols. Operate security equipment such as CCTV, alarms, and communication systems. Assist in emergency evacuations and safety drills. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay alert and make quick decisions in stressful situations. Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures. Valid security license or certification is a plus.

Work Environment:

Work in various environments such as residential buildings, commercial complexes, or industrial sites. May require rotating shifts, including night duty and holidays.
