Job Description

The Hotel Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property. This role involves patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and enforcing hotel rules to create a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol hotel premises (lobbies, hallways, parking areas, guest floors, etc.) to detect and prevent suspicious activity. Maintain different registers. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential threats. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances (e.g., fire, medical, theft, trespassing). Maintain access control by monitoring entrances/exits and verifying identities when needed. Assist in managing crowd control during events, conferences, or high guest volumes. Write accurate and timely incident reports and maintain security logs. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Escort guests or employees to/from vehicles or hotel areas upon request. Perform safety inspections and report hazards or maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
