Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and trespassing Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles Verify identification and issue visitor passes Maintain records of visitors, deliveries, and vehicles Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents Enforce company rules, safety regulations, and security procedures Assist during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuations Coordinate with supervisors and local authorities when required
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass (as applicable) Prior experience as a security guard preferred Physically fit and alert Ability to read and write basic English / local language Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
Skills & Competencies

Observation and vigilance Good communication skills Integrity and discipline Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Preferred (Optional)

Ex-servicemen or trained security personnel Certification in security training or fire safety
Work Conditions

Shift-based duty Standing and walking for long hours Indoor and outdoor assignments

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?19,500.00 per month
