Job Description

Safeguard the premises, assets, and personnel from theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities. Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity. Monitor and control entry and exit points. Check identification, authorize visitors, and maintain visitor logs. Conduct regular patrols (on foot or by vehicle) of assigned areas to ensure security. Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured. Operate and monitor security cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems. Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances. Act swiftly during emergencies such as fire, medical situations, or security breaches. Report and document incidents accurately and promptly. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, observations, and unusual occurrences. Prepare written reports of incidents, accidents, or security violations. Provide assistance and information to employees, visitors, or clients in a professional manner. Represent the organization with courtesy and respect. Follow established protocols for evacuations, lockdowns, and emergency response. Assist in the implementation of safety and emergency plans. Ensure compliance with company policies and site-specific regulations. Warn violators of infractions and, if necessary, involve law enforcement.
