About the department Global Information Security, GBS is an area within Digital Data and IT (DD&IT) GBS is an area within Digital Data and IT (DD&IT) GBS. Global Information Security, GBS is an integral part of Global Information Security Organisation of Novo Nordisk which is headed by the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and consists of two main areas: Global Security Operations (GSO) and Global Information Security Advisory (GISA). In GIS (Global Information Security) GBS (Global Business service), we work closely with Global Information Security organisation in defining and executing on strategy to support the digital journey of Novo Nordisk by ensuring smooth operations of SOC, Service Management, advisory support, Security Mailbox, and various other Information Security functions. The Position As Security Analyst II, you are responsible for working on a portfolio of services at Global IT Security Operations GBS, The Global services include Log collection, Vulnerability assessment, Intrusion detection, Intrusion prevention, Assessing Vulnerabilities on systems across the organization. IT security Incident response and follow up. The role also entails assisting in expansion of these services as the organization expands in existing and new regions. You will be a member Global Security Operations at DD&IT GBS and will work with Global Security Operations in EMEA and Americas. Functionally you will be reporting to Manager IT Security. You will be primarily responsible for: Security Incident and Event Monitoring (SIEM) of the Global Novo Nordisk Network and Support Global IT Security projects. Monitor and manage IT Security in Novo Nordisk. This includes analysis of logs and vulnerabilities from systems across the organization. Analyse and handle suspicious and malicious emails coming in via Phish alarm solution and contributing to Global IT Security process improvements and Global Projects. Handling communication and alignment with LOB stakeholders, system owners, project owners and business process owners. Interaction with GSO operations in Denmark, GSO operations in US, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Qualification Bachelor of Engineeringwith relevant IT and business experience. 5+ years\' core experience working within IT Security. Should have incident response for at least 4 years. Good understanding IT security good exp like SIEM (good to have SPLUNK or any other technology is good), anti-Virus, network security solution, knowledge in enterprise network will be good to have. Knowledge on Forensics and threat intelligence will be good to have. Good to have Security certifications like CEH etc. Considerable personal impact by demonstrating high integrity, flexibility in workplace, change adaptation and superior team player mentality.
