Minimum Qualification
BE

Manager In-Charge for Finalization and Execution for S&T work of various sections of project.
Responsible for Liasoning between Railway and consultant for smooth approvals and readiness of execution work on site.
Deployment of Subcontractors & site staff for smooth working and leading them with Project plan.
Ensuring measurement preparation and `bill processing of Subcontractors in time
Checking of various Signalling design and proposals prepared by Consultants and connectors for said projects and go through for submission to Railways.
Interactions with client, contractor, Sub contractor & concerned railway division officials for better site co-ordination for approval of plans, drawings & estimate and smoothly running the project to completion on time
Final evaluation of techno commercial aspects of procurement and negotiation of technical & financial terms with vendors in order to achieve & improve project profitability.
Project review in terms of timely delivery and vendor payments.
Periodical review of work assigned to team as per project execution plan.
Responsible for updating MOS, SOP & Budget.
