Designation: Secretary to CEO (Clinical Research Organization)
Role Overview
We are seeking a

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Assistance & Coordination
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and appointments effectively.
Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, conferences, and travel plans.
Prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action points.
2. Communication & Correspondence
Draft, proofread, and manage all communication on behalf of the CEO.
Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and senior management, clients, and partners.
3. Strategic & Administrative Support
Support the CEO in research, data compilation, and preparation of reports or presentations.
Assist in tracking
key business priorities
, ensuring alignment across departments.
Manage milestone tracking systems
to monitor organizational progress toward strategic goals.
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
for CEO's review and board presentations.
Coordinate and assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and performance reviews.
4. Liaison & Representation
Professionally represent the CEO in internal and external communications.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, board members, and business associates.
Ensure seamless communication flow between the CEO's office and the organization.
Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Master's Degree preferred)
Candidates who have completed their
Master's / Higher Studies from Abroad
(UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, etc.) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Minimum
1+ year
of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator.
Preferred Background:
NRI returnees or professionals with international exposure
and multicultural work experience.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken & written).
Polished personality with high emotional intelligence and global perspective.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
and project tracking tools.
Strong understanding of
milestone management and KPI monitoring systems
.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced leadership environments.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
