Job Description


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables As the Secretary to the Chief Customer and Brand Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational assistance, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information. 1. Administrative Support: . Manage the Chief Customer and Brand Officer\'s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. . Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive, prioritizing and responding as necessary. . Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as requested. . Maintain organized filing systems and databases. 2. Meeting Coordination: . Arrange and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally. . Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. . Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering, and ensuring all necessary resources are available 3. Confidentiality and Information Management: . Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. . Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization\'s policies and guidelines regarding data privacy. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: . Liaise with other departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and cooperation. . Act as a point of contact between the Chief Customer and Brand Officer and other executives. 5. Special Projects: . Participate in special projects related to customer engagement, brand initiatives, and organizational improvement. Experience Experience: 8 to 10 years Industry Preferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field. General Requirements .
