Job Description
Job location- Pune Education- BE/ Btech Experience- 2 to 8 years - Thorough Knowledge CATIA - knowledge GD&T, Stack Up analysis - Knowledge DFMEA/ DVP and RMDVV - Thorough domain knowledge & In depth analysis capability - Thorough Knowledge TML PLM - Team Center and TCUA - Excellent communications & Presentation skills - Good interpersonal skills - Good team member - Understanding and analysis of customer feedback and providing design solutions - Participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improvement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.) - Product design - Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking Responsibilities - Product design, development & validation - CAD preparation, TPL creation, DML releases - DCR creation along with change part list - Benchmarking & Tear-down - Cost reduction & cost management - Product design, freezing layout & packaging - Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics - Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing synopsis - Interaction with various department - Preparation of Design Guidelines - Participate in DVP/CTR sign off and in testing Closure of DVP in RMDVV
