Summary You will be responsible for managing activity for existing SEO clients and for onboarding new clients, developing successful SEO campaign strategies. Identify avenues for growth and the strategies to deliver increases in relevant traffic and ultimately leads / sales for our clients. You will be supported by our in-house sales, account management and web design and development functions. Junior resources will be available to help with content writing and other tasks. You will be required to provide training to junior members of staff to develop their SEO skills. Responsibilities Formulating and implementing SEO strategies Managing projects across content, technical, data analysis Managing existing clients and improving performance through regular tasks such as reviewing keywords, creating new content and working with our web developer to create new pages where needed, technical website optimisations, link building, testing meta tags etc. Completing in depth on-site optimisation and SEO technical health checks Recording video website reviews to share with clients and potential clients Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions Performing keyword research Competitor and market research Writing engaging meta descriptions, titles and content Producing and presenting detailed analysis and reports of campaign performance Own learning and gaining/maintaining relevant SEO qualifications Staying up-to-date with the latest industry news and search engine changes Updating \'Monday\' project management system with the progress of active projects Liaising directly with clients to implement their online marketing strategies if and when needed Essential A strong understanding of content marketing Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console / Bing Webmaster Tools Advanced knowledge of SEO tools like AHREFS, SEMRUSH, Screaming Frog, Moz and/or others Keyword research experience using the Google Keyword Planner, AHREFS, SEMRUSH and other tools Understanding of user experience and ability to make recommendations to improve a website\'s conversion rate Excellent time management/organisational skills and the ability to work to prioritise and work to deadlines Understanding of SEO industry best practices for campaign set up and management Experience of managing multiple clients at the same time Experience of working in an agency environment Beneficial Google Optimize experience and /or website A/B testing experience using other tools Experience using heatmap and session recording tools and implementing website test/changes off the back of the data Hands-on outreach / link building experience Website speed optimisation experience across multiple CMSs including WordPress About Company Black Piano Technologies Private limited, headquartered in UK with its offshore development centre in Pune, India.
