We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimization Team Lead to join our team at Flymedia Technology. As the SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of SEO experts, developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, and driving organic traffic to our clients\' websites. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The job location is Ludhiana, Punjab, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization
• Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices
• Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience conducting SEO audits and keyword research
• Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
• Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes

• Lead and manage a team of SEO experts to achieve set objectives and targets
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Conduct SEO audits and identify areas for optimization
• Perform keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SEO
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers and graphic designers, to optimize website performance
• Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance to management
• Stay informed about search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
• Train and mentor team members on SEO techniques and best practices
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding SEO strategies and progress
