Job Description
SEA Export Manager Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Salary: 30,000 to 50,000 Experience: 4 to 5 Years (Preferably from Gurgaon or Near by Gurgaon) s:
- Knowledge in Sea Export Documentation
- Coordination with shipping carrier for all project enquiries
- Checking invoices from agents and arrange overseas remittance
- Coordination with PSU clients on outstanding
- Should be from Shipping Line / Freight Forwarding Experience & Knowledge about the rules and regulations of domestic and international trade
- Taking rates from Oversea Agent, Local Freight Forwarders, Shipping Line
- Negotiation of Air Freight / Sea Freight from Overseas and Local Vendors
- Making contract with agreement with various shipping line
- Responsible for Export Pricing considering the best rate and service to ensure the profitability in line
- Maintain relationship with vendors and shipping line for best rates
- Coordinating with Sales and Operation team for business co ordination
- Sending quoted to clients and coordinate with them for business
- Attending customer queries to resolve within deadline & follow up with them for new upcoming orders booking
- Ensure smooth service is provided to the clients.
