We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist - Scrum Master

In this role, you will:

• Assures delivery through the entire life cycle of the project of user requirements through to live
• Has expertise to keep Kanban boards, Scrum, JIRA nd Confluence to reflect the latest roadmap-status.
• Coordinate with business and respective teams for Product Backlog initiatives / refinements. Support the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories
• Adapt plans, schedules and resource assignments are required throughout software development sprints and releases to respond to emerging requirements and risks.
• Facilitate the team to self-organize around prioritized work to ensure successful delivery of committed activities and teams to practice the core agile and scrum principles.
• Coordinate with Business / Leads and equivalent senior stakeholders on asks / expectations/prioritizations.
• Managing the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting.Implementing solutions, managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets demand
• Coordinate with Business / Leads and equivalent senior stakeholders on asks / expectations/prioritizations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Good functional knowledge of Clarity. Hands-on experience on Clarity and Rally
• Experience of working in an Agile environment. In-Depth knowledge of Scrum & Agile framework along with all ceremonies. Practical experience of working. Past working experience of working on relevant systems i.e., Confluence, Kanban boards, Scrum, JIRA
• Ability to lead, mentor, up-skill and inspire other team members, peers, and stakeholders. Be able to demonstrable ability to self-manage, be proactive, take ownership, build relationships, and drive solutions through from inception to production.
• Someone already aware about HSBC setup, would be preferred
• Strong acumen to play a devil\xe2\x80\x99s advocate during discussions with stakeholders (when to agree / when to push-back).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of confidence.
