Job Description

Looking for an experienced and certified SAFe Scrum Master with strong project management expertise to lead high-performing agile teams and drive successful product delivery across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is proficient in the SAFe 5 framework, Agile practices, and project lifecycle coordination, with proven experience handling large Scrum teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.




Roles & Responsibilities as a Scrum Master


Responsible for leading a Scrum team of over 20 members operating within the SAFe framework. Introduced SAFe 5 practices and facilitated Program Increment (PI) planning and execution using tools such as Miro and JIRA. Coordinated with Product Owners to define OKRs (Objective Key Results) for each project, linked them with appropriate features and epics, and tracked progress using Airfocus. Implemented Agile methodologies and facilitated Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Demos, and Retrospectives to ensure timely product delivery. Managed product backlogs and new requests in JIRA by capturing detailed requirements from Product Owners. Proactively identified impediments, dependencies, and risks, and addressed them through Scrum of Scrums (SoS) to ensure sprint commitments were met. Generated Sprint reports from Airfocus and presented key updates to the leadership team. Managed product releases via JIRA, ensuring compliance with IT Release Management processes for smooth deployment across SIT, PPT, and Production environments. Oversaw end-to-end product testing and ensured appropriate signoffs for promotion to higher environments. Collaborated with other Scrum Masters to improve the adoption and effectiveness of Scrum across the organization. Streamlined the process of Sprint reporting and guided teams in applying Agile principles, fostering a strong Agile mindset and practice adoption.




Roles & Responsibilities as a Project Manager


Oversaw resource management by ensuring proper allocation and monitoring of resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Defined project goals, scope, and deliverables, and created detailed task plans. Managed risks by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies. Coordinated project Go-Live readiness by working with BQM (Business Quality Management), ITQM (IT Quality Management), and ATS (Acceptance to Service Management) teams to fulfill all prerequisites.
