The Opportunity SSBU is responsible for HSM products of Marvell. Group is home to highly successful, profitable products that goes through multiple major software releases every year. The development and QA happens in India development centers in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules

*Planning sprints/Epic/Stories, executing through daily scrums and metrics driven approach

• Planning release windows and contents across teams, components

• Communicating crucial release plans and changes

• Measuring and monitoring progress to achieve a timely software release within defined scope and defined quality standards

• Managing, planning, and negotiating release activities

• Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews

• Working with release engineers to comprehend code merges and branch ramifications

• Leading and coordinating checklist and deployment plan execution

• Developing automation and release management tools along with scripts necessary for the construction, continuous integration, and deployment of software release

• Ensuring that requirements are clear across dependent project streams with an effective release

• Validating release notes

Requirements:

- 10+ years of related to Program management, release management.

Atleast 2 to 3 years experience in people management is must.

- Experience in working with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) is an added advantage.

Relevant testing experience in Security domain. Understanding of Cryptography and its various algorithms is added advantage and will be natural fit for this position.

- Good hands on Linux and Windows Operating Systems.

- Very strong knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Project and other project management tools.

- Strong working experience with Jira/Confluence/DevOps processes, branching strategy, release management.
- Mandatory experience of 2-3 years as Scrum Master/program management role

- Knowledge and experience with various test methodologies, QA procedures and software release cycle.

- Fast learner and must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced various QA activities.

- Excellent communication and written skills.

- Work effectively in a cross team environment.

- Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/ in CS, E&C, EEE from the reputed institution.
