Job Description

Location: Pune ( Baner) Work from Office position. Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and extensive experience working with Microsoft technologies. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in guiding and coaching our development team to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. Responsibilities: Scrum Process Facilitation:

• Guide and coach the Scrum team on the effective use of the Scrum framework.
• Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Ensure that the Scrum team follows the agreed-upon processes and ceremonies.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster collaboration and open communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.

Microsoft Technologies Expertise:

• Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and related tools.
• Provide guidance on best practices and tools to optimize the development process.

Team Empowerment:

• Empower the team to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
• Remove impediments to the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress and help them overcome challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the team\xe2\x80\x99s efficiency and effectiveness.

Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and report key metrics related to the team\xe2\x80\x99s performance.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework and agile principles.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and related tools.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
