Mission Statement: In this role, you will work in our Global Lumada Team to support the Enterprise Software (ES) product group that delivers the Lumada portfolio. Your main goal will be to enhance & maintain our mobile solutions with the long-term planning, integration & optimization capabilities. With our software you can easily manage and optimize a portfolio of projects such that a given objective is achieved, subject to constraints like dependencies, budgets, timing, etc. It is simply the next step in the risk-based optimization for asset management. The heart of the product is a powerful mathematical optimization framework. Using modern approaches like DDD or microservices, we are building a user-friendly enterprise solution around this framework. Your Responsibilities:

• Work with the Product Management and Architects to define the product vision and roadmap in details.
• Own the product development process and play scrum master role.
• Do backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
• Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and product development.
• Mitigate impediments that impact a successful team completion of the sprint and release goals.

Your Background:

• Bachelor\'s degree in related field.
• Overall experience of 10yrs or greater and at least 5 years in a similar role with strong technical background.
• Experience as a scrum master is preferred.
• Experience in ReactJs, Python, Appium, SQL.
• In-depth knowledge of the Agile process and principles.
• Sharp analytical mind and skills to solve problems and extract their essence.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in an international project set-up in various time zones.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
