Key Responsibilities


Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives


Identify track and help remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution


Support the team in backlog refinement and ensure clear communication of goals scope and priorities


Ensure transparency by maintaining team metrics e g velocity burndown charts and communicating progress to stakeholders


Collaborate and coordinate with cross team


Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate regular feedback loops


Promote adherence to Agile principles ways of working and ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery timelines


Produce timely reports effort estimation and other necessary deliverables as per the timelines


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology


Experience as scrum master in a telco project


Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master in a software development or technology environment


Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe and Agile delivery methodologies


Certification in Scrum Master or equivalent certification Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence


Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
