Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle The ideal candidate will help ensure that the Scrum team adheres to Agile principles and practices facilitates ceremonies removes impediments and fosters a collaborative team environment




Key Responsibilities


Facilitate daily stand ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives


Ensure the Scrum process is followed and coach team members on Agile values and practices


Act as a servant leader and support Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog


Identify and remove impediments blockers to enable team delivery


Promote continuous improvement and support the team in becoming self organized


Ensure team transparency using appropriate Agile tools e g JIRA Azure DevOps


Track sprint metrics such as velocity burndown and team health to support planning and improvement




Required Skills and Qualifications


8 to 11 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Scrum environments


Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban and Agile project management tools e g JIRA Confluence Rally


Excellent facilitation coaching mentoring and interpersonal skills


Experience in leading cross functional teams and resolving conflicts


Good understanding of software development practices and lifecycle




Preferred Skills


Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe LeSS or Nexus


Domain experience in Telecom Banking Healthcare etc is a plus


Exposure to DevOps practices and CI CD pipelines


Experience working in multi team agile programs




Soft Skills


Strong communication and stakeholder management


Problem solving and analytical mindset


Ability to work under pressure and lead through influence
