GBS Analytics COE \xe2\x80\x93 Scrum Master About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a Scrum Master to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Scrum Master role lies within the newly created Analytics Centre of Excellence within the Global Business Services organization. The Analytics COE has been set up to build, maintain and enhance analytical products for our business to generate actionable insights from data and make better informed decisions. The individual for this position will support the development team and product owner in delivering incremental value each sprint for the products. They will lead and run the scrum and be responsible for managing sprints. They\xe2\x80\x99ll remove impediments and act as a shield from external distractions. They create a safe working environment for the team and are an innovator who constantly seeks continuous improvement and builds higher performing teams. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and coach high performing teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage all scrum related activities for pods building analytical products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate the daily standup meetings which includes both verbal and email communications to collect and consolidate team updates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work across sprints to help facilitate capacity conversations and identify work that may be blocked due to resourcing or data challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help organize, prepare, and facilitate planning sessions & estimations for future sprints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Look at key metrics such as sprint velocity, scope, flow and improve the overall pod performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Flag issues/risks and other key actions that may need to interface with non-agile portions of the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and activate release plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work with relevant engineering teams to ensure DevOps related activities occur as intended. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure teams actions are aligned with the project goals / vision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Scrum practices are used and improved within and across teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster a continuous learning environment helping teams to inspect & adapt. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate large group discussions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Educate others on Agile methodologies and practices. Qualifications & Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Masters preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 3-5 years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum \xe2\x80\xa2 Language Knowledge: English \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of relevant domains/products/journeys and track record in successful delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 SAFe 5.0 Certifications are a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Design Thinking Certifications are a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Confident and skilled at guiding the team through organizational roadblocks to allow Sprints to be completed on time \xe2\x80\xa2 Past software development experience would be ideal \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Jira/Confluence is a must, Azure DevOps is optional, Miro or other similar whiteboarding tool is an advantage.
