About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Quality Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Quality Analyst role lies within the newly created Analytics Centre of Excellence within the Global Business Services organization. The Analytics COE has been set up to build, maintain and enhance analytical products for our business to generate actionable insights from data and make better informed decisions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working on the testing and continuous improvement of Kraft Heinz Analytics Products including Tableau/PowerBI Visualizations, Data Solutions and Advanced Analytics tools. By using data and analytics, we are looking for a talented individual to provide an understanding of business problems and test requirements & provide the best quality analytical results.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product managers and data engineers to create testing strategies.
• Design, monitor and maintain QA reports, KPIs & quality trends.
• Develop and document application test plans and test cases based on requirements.
• Evaluate requirements and define testing objectives while working in Agile methodology.
• Help create and implement quality processes and requirements.
• Understand Business requirements and apply QA techniques accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and work hand in hand to deliver analytical solutions.
• Gather user feedback and bugs and manage in a backlog, ordering per business priority. Work in Agile Sprints to execute the backlog.
• Ensure thorough testing of products in lower environments before go-live, after which the candidate must manage and fix any bugs to ensure consistency in the tools.
• Raise issues and risks in a timely manner to project manager to ensure appropriate actions can be taken to mitigate.
• Ensure effective and timely delivery of project work.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree. Preference for business, computer science, statistics, data science.
• 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of experience in software testing.
• FMCG Project experience highly desired by not essentials.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Hands on experience working with Tablue,PowerBI and API Testing.
• SQL skills to carry out data validations.
• Excellent Communication skills are essential with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery techniques, processes, practices, and tooling.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to understand and translate business problems and logic into analytical requirements.
• Understanding of numbers, ability to sense check independently.
• Understanding of and working against the importance of managing deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and time zones.
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience and understanding of statistical analysis is a plus.
