The Role Responsibilities Job Role Program and Finance Management Standardizing the program management processes to ensure reporting requirements are met within the deadlines tracking, and measuring performance against plan (key activities, timelines, stakeholders, milestones and deliverables) to develop regular status report. Support DPTP Tech leads in running their Scrum calls and stand ups, assist in Epic planning, and track milestone progress. Facilitate the team to self-organize, self-manage and deliver Coordinates with the release team Address scrum team\'s impediments. Sets up Project Dashboard for reporting, for team to maintain and teams productivity. End to end management of the budget for the Programme and BAU. Provide updates to the senior management on actual costs incurred to gauge the utilization against forecast. Work with T&I Finance and business partners in budgeting and forecasting cycles. Raise accruals and manage invoice payments. Cost centre and financial management including cost approvals. Preparation of periodic management reports and updates. Act as a channel between Technology and business counterparts. Strategy Business and Performance Management Provide direct support to Technology Squad Leads and Head, Data and Privacy Technology on various requirements, including presentation for upcoming strategic models for cost saves and team structures and other adhoc data / information requests. Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems, serve as a key point of contact for the Programme team. For DPTP, track the KPIs and drive compliance on essentials. Undertake other responsibilities or initiatives as assigned on an ongoing basis. Business Communications and Engagement Support the wider communications agenda through contributions in the Weekly and Fortnightly newsletters and bridge updates, with an aim to bring into focus and celebrate DPTP achievements and initiatives. Encourage learning and support knowledge sharing culture in the team. Plan and organize team events (department gathering, team building, townhalls, skip level meetings, etc). Drive rigor and agenda for regular DPTP LT meetings, travel plans and set in place mechanism to track all decisions and action items to closure. Processes Resourcing and Vendor Management Manage resource forecast, allocation and utilization, multi-squad scheduling and planning to address program and resource interdependencies. End to end ownership of resource task and timesheet allocation in program management tool (Clarity / Planview). Resource planning and implementation of hiring governance. Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people. Ensure compliance to mandatory learnings. Support Head, Data and Privacy Technology in tracking and monitoring hiring status objectives for direct reports. Conduct periodic review with the team to streamline vendor services in accordance to the Statement of Work. Track contract expiry and work with LT for raising renewals and extensions and follow up for approvals. Risk Management Risk, Governance and DPTP Estate Management Identify and manage risks and issues, devise mitigation plan and track it till closure Work closely with the DFT Risk and Governance team and participate in the monthly forum to ensure regular review of open risks/ issues and progress on mitigation/ remediation actions, to ensure no extensions without management sign-off. Management of Program Document repository in sharepoint to keep it audit ready Monitor DPTP estate and ensure there are no non compliances to the Group and FCIO standards defined for obsolescence, ICS controls, release management etc. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct.
