We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Scrum Management
In this role, you will:

• The Scrum Master will drive end-to-end agile delivery across the Data and QlikSense development streams within ORBIT programme. They will ensure high-quality, timely, and controlled execution of the book of work.
• The role will coordinate multi-disciplinary squads working across data feed automation, golden source integration, data transformation (Python/Alteryx), data entry portals (SharePoint/PowerApps), and QlikSense dashboard delivery.
• The role guides the Agile Team in understanding agile principles, mind sets and adopting agile ways of working, helping resolve complex issues or blockers.Also,the role will work closely with the ORBIT PMO to support prioritisation of the team's backlog and remove blockers.
• Enables predictable and timely delivery of data (ETL) and QlikSense development outcomes, directly impacting decision-making and operational efficiency across the programme and enhances throughput and quality of the Book of Work by removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring full transparency of sprint progress.
• Strengthens alignment between business priorities and engineering execution, contributing to strategic data platform maturity.ALso drives adoption of disciplined sprint rituals, improving ROI on engineering capacity and optimising resource utilisation.
• Drives the adoption of HSBC technology standards & ensures adherence to delivery frameworks and relevant controls.
• Constantly works with the Product Owner (and Business Analyst when applicable) to re-prioritise the backlog as and when there are changes in scope, bugs arise or any blockers surface.
• Facilitates structured communication between business owners, product managers, data (ETL) and QlikSense developers.And ensures stakeholder expectations are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered with precision.
• Manages sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple squads.
• Ensures Jira hygiene, accurate story pointing, and transparency through dashboards and reporting and ensures data (ETL) and QlikSense delivery practices comply with internal quality, testing, and release management standards.

To be successful you will:

• Should possess a combination of technical skills, analytical acumen, and collaborative abilities. Here are the key attributes and qualifications needed:
• Strong understanding of data engineering ecosystems (data pipelines, ETL, Python, SQL, Alteryx, data quality frameworks).
• Working experience with BI / visualisation delivery in QlikSense.
• Hands-on experience managing Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery tools, familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD, release management, and version control (Git).
• Ability to interpret delivery metrics, analyse bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Strong understanding of prioritisation frameworks (WSJF, MoSCoW, value-effort matrices).
• Capability to transform ambiguous requirements into structured user stories..
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Certifications strongly preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PSM I/II),SAFe Scrum Master,Agile Project Management certifications (PMI-ACP preferred).
• Additional data/analytics certifications (e.g. Qlik certifications, SQL/Python credentials) are a plus.
