Job Title Scientific Service Support
Location(s) Mumbai
Perform Managed Services for all equipment service vendors at customer site.
Job description will be as follows.
Call logging during breakdowns, scheduled visits, calibrations, etc.
Service Delivery KPI monitoring with the vendor
Maintain calibration schedule of all equipment's, In-house Calibration activities for HPLC .
Perform daily calibrations of pH meter, balances and KF titrator. pH meter and balances, Maintain the calibration reports
Maintain standards, Record the calibrations appropriately in the respective logbooks..
PM activities should be coordinated with the vendors 30 days prior to the calibration date. Track and maintain a schedule of PM visits.
Health checkup of equipment's, Perform scheduled maintenance / health check of high end and less frequently used equipment's as per the procedure provided by Customer.
Service document / reports management,, All service reports and calibration certificates to be managed, Monthly report submission (dashboard)
Administrative activities, Maintain real time track record of all scheduled visits, Maintain records of all in-house and outsourced calibration, contracts are always in force for each equipment including the ones running out of warranty, Initiate maintenance contract renewals 45 days prior
Inventory Management, Maintain optimal stock levels, records of spares, consumables, chemicals, reagents, glassware, columns, with weekly review. Maintain spares of equipment's not covered under TAP or CMC, Coordinate with the procurement functions for release of related orders
