Primary Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region. \xe2\x97\x8f Analyzing market trends and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities in the region. \xe2\x97\x8f Conducting market analysis and gathering intelligence to ascertain market needs to plan offerings \xe2\x97\x8f Carrying out existing/new customer analysis to understand requirements for cross selling during onboarding/closure and or building better customer relationship ensuring customer service quality is managed. \xe2\x97\x8f Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure. \xe2\x97\x8f Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region. \xe2\x97\x8f Building a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and planning. \xe2\x97\x8f Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to meet regional revenue goals. \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance. \xe2\x97\x8f Developing and executing plans for improving overall performance of the region which includes increasing customer base, customer on boarding, company policy and process adherence, improving financial performance etc \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing or validating various reports needed to be submitted for management information periodically \xe2\x97\x8f Achieving monthly targets without compromising on the quality of the customers on boarded. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring, developing and or supporting capability of team members/ performance and provide timely feedback Key Deliverables (Key result areas- How is the success in the position measured? \xe2\x80\x93 This will be useful for performance appraisal) - Increase in regional sales - Increase in market share of the product - Customer management - Market study and analysis - Team performance management - Sales planning Specific Competency requirement \xe2\x97\x8f Creative thinker \xe2\x97\x8f Quantitative approach \xe2\x97\x8f Detail oriented \xe2\x97\x8f Analytical thinking \xe2\x97\x8f Strategic approach \xe2\x97\x8f Goal oriented \xe2\x97\x8f Leadership Qualification & Experience \xe2\x97\x8f Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing & Business administration \xe2\x97\x8f Strong experience within consultative sales Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Schedule:
