Jobholder is responsible for the development of the local market scientific communication strategy and to ensure that this is aligned with the local market priorities.

The jobholder is also responsible for the development and execution of training and scientific communication programs and materials for all stakeholders to support the sales goals of the business and help drive our brand reputation.

Scientific Communication Specialist has a critical role in the delivery of our scientific message to all stakeholders. These stakeholders include internal associates, Field Sales (DC/IDT)Channel and external prescription partners as SPT Retailers, Veterinarians, Breeders, Key Opinion Leaders, Pet Influencers, NGO & Pet owners.

What are we looking for?

Veterinary, Animal Nutrition, Food Science, Pharma, Life Science background with Scientific knowledge

Communication skills (verbal & written)/Presentation Skills

Ability to collaborate with various functions

Ability to capture & simplify knowledge

Customer Focus

Planning and Priority Setting

Ability to work alone without close supervision & able to function as a team player

Veterinary/Scientific knowledge is important

What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop the local Scientific Communication strategy

Develop/adapt all scientific communication materials and training modules for the local market

Develop and present technical/product/nutritional presentations to key internal and external stakeholders to disseminate information regarding Royal Canin, products and Health through nutrition

Provide technical/product support to key areas of the business including Consumer Care, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing/Sales/Digital teams
