Responsibilities:
- Execute new initiatives that could be transformational in our digital sales journey that amplify eCommerce sell out across all platforms
- Responsible for driving eComm sell out growth in new initiatives : Grow more & grow wide - penetrating to new geographies
- Build new digital growth engine for DIY, software, services in India
- Create coherent plan to ensure new ideas & experience translate to positive reach with our customers
- Drive end-to-end Target specific programs & drive KPI of amplifying eCommerce Sell out
- Understand eCommerce related technologies, platforms, payment procedures & SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing to create a holistic plan
- Conversant with digital dashboards - sales, traffic, channel related metrics & use them appropriately for eCommerce growth
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related field
- Work experience in eCommerce sales is not mandatory but good to have
- Relevant experience leading and executing ideas, delivery oriented actions & working with many stakeholders
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital transformations that engage, inform and leads to conversion
- Experience in market place models including end-to-end supply chain
