Site Transfer & New product introduction:

• Complete Project management for all Site transfers and new product which will be introduced in TAPI India sites
• Cross functional coordination with the site teams - Procurement, QA, RA, MSNT (Tech Transfer), Projects, engineering, Production and outside the sites - Global SCM, Global RA, Global MSNT, etc
• Developing the project Gantt in alignment with all stakeholders and ensuring regular reviews
• Timely flagging the deviations and ensuring right escalations for resolutions.

MIS:

• Support Site SC team with data analytics and routine MIS preparations

• Demand and Supply Planning
• Production variance analysis
• Dispatch variance analysis
• Demand variation analysis
• RM projections and budgeting.
• Open Order/Backorder Management
• Inventory management for all TAPI India:

• Ensuring adherence to Days of inventory & overall value Targets
• Support the strategic & tactical decision making by providing timely insights through inventory analysis
• Managing liquidation of Slow and Obsolete inventories by cross functional coordination

Qualifications

B Tech (Chemical/Industrial)/ MSc with 4-6 years of experience
