Billing Analyst II - Enterprise Finance Operations Vimeo is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our Enterprise Finance Operations team and help us provide a world-class customer experience. This role will play an important part in the overall Order to Cash processes, including Order Management, Billing and Accounts Receivable. You will interact directly and frequently with customers and Vimeo staff, and actively participate in our financial reporting and controls. What you'll do:

• Review and process fully executed contracts received via Salesforce into Zuora, distribute invoices to clients and follow up with clients regarding inquiries related to these invoices

• Review the Salesforce pipeline of pending sales contracts for completeness and accuracy, ensuring a smooth billing experience for customers and Vimeo staff
• Run reports from source systems to support peer reviews and provide feedback to peers

• Perform client account reconciliations between finance systems to support monthly financial and operational controls
• Promote the adoption and use of best practices of Zuora and other financial technology tools
• Support data migrations and system enhancements as operations mature to support automation
• Assist Finance and Sales teams with general customer support, for example, completion of vendor registration forms, invoice submission to PO portals, remittance details etc.
• Monitor past due accounts, contact customers and resolve past due balances. Support cash applications as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve where possible and escalate appropriately

Required Skills and experience:

• 6 years of relevant experience with billing and accounts receivable processes
• Experience working with Zuora Billing
• Advanced skills with Excel and reporting (eg. Looker, Salesforce, Zuora)
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Awareness and a commitment to following process related to supporting client confidentiality and data protection
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun work environment

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of revenue recognition rules for ASC 606
• Experience with Zuora Revenue, Zuora CPQ or Salesforce CPQ
• Experience with GL and Financial accounting
• Systems implementation experience
• Zuora certification
