• Physical checking, unloading , unpacking of all incoming consignments of raw materials , solvents & packing materials, Engineering, QC,R&D items in stores following GMP, commercial and EHS compliance.
• Unloading of tankers following GMP and EHS requirements. Preparation of GRR in systems and other documents viz. RGP, GDN, NRGP etc
• Arranging segregation and storage in quarantine area and arranging inspection/sampling of the materials and follow up for timely clearance of GRR .
• Forwarding of GRR along with Bills / Invoices /cenvat documents to A/c. Dept.
• Segregating rejected material and storing at specified rejected material area. Arranging return/disposal of rejected items.
• Maintain work procedure with safety and GMP documentation.
• Handling of CAPA, Deviation, change control and other QMS activities.
• Tagging of all Engg Item with respect to Project name / code, Part number /Description & Indenter name.
• Estimating the base line performance and implementation of OPEX in respective areas to achieve the targeted continuous improvement in cost, quality, compliance and EHS.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in science, B pharm and degree /diploma in material management/stores management/inventory management

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Skills: Good Understanding of warehouse procedure (material receiving, issuance, dispatch, scrap movements, invoicing, GST guidelines applicable for warehouse, chemical handling), Understanding of cGMP, QMS, EHS requirements, NCB/excise/Liasoning requirements
