Key Responsibilities - Responsible for Channel /Dealerships / Franchisees management and Sales & business development in the assigned territory and implement distributor retention strategies. - Manage the existing OEM business, Improve efficiency of OEM alliances and add value, resulting in short term and long term business growth. - Maintaining and growing the current business volumes with assigned OEM dealerships/Franchisee. - Participating in the services camps organized by OEMs ( (Mega Camps, Retailer Meets etc) and educating the end customers on company\'s products & serrvices, USPs of approved branded & Genuine Oil. - Ensuring tight control on revenue leakage at OEM channel by regularly verifying the Lube oil sales / services done / filters changed etc in conjection with the respective customer manager of OEMs as well as with OEM channel partners. - Business travel as per requirement ensuring visits to each Dealership of the OEM to develop relationships and resolving their issues ( if any ) - Credit control management with the OEM principal & Dealerships, to ensure they are within the limits as descibed in business plan.- Responsible for meeting the marketing & Sales annual business plan & execution as per Budget. - Executing market development programs,agreed as per contractual terms with OEMs. - Working closely and maintaining excellent relationships with OEM Teams (Service and Parts) & Effectively communicating and implementing various Quarterly / Annual Schemes & other promotional programs. - Engage & work closely to Network with internal functions to align resources to deliver Planned business objectives. - Ensure Business profitability by continously reviewing the product portfolio of channel & initiate corrective strategies accordingly.
