The opportunity

The incumbent will execute client related engagements: -

• Business valuation
• Brand, Distribution network, IPR & other intangible assets valuation
• Real estate
• Financial model review/build

Your key responsibilities

• Strong hold on financial statement analysis
• Should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command on valuation methodologies like discounted cash flow, comparable companies method, and net assets value method.
• Conduct valuation of companies at enterprise, equity, instrument level etc.
• Creating financial models and conducting DCF analysis

To qualify for the role you must have

Graduate Degree (preferably with CFA background)

What we look for

People with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. You should possess excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills. The role expects you to be flexible, adaptable, and creative, with willingness to travel.
