Contact and engage with potential clients (Domestic/International) through constant follow-up & meetings.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up.3. Be a bridge between builders & buyers.4. No cold calling is required.5. Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.6. Participate in the Negotiation meeting with the buyer & builder.7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.Requirements1. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, finance, or other relevant B2C industries.3. Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth.4. To have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills.5.
