Note - This is a contractual role for 6 months

- A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a role involving research, consulting or advisory support with basic but fundamental understanding or interest in the subject of ESG, environment & Climate Change.

- Strong problem-solving skills, agility, and speed.

- Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)

- Should have proven experience of working in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, partners etc.

- Should have experience in primary and secondary research.

- Should have financial/budgetary analysis expertise and intermediate data analysis skills (Excel)

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Proficiency in concise communication, making presentations and data analysis

The opportunity :

The Associate Consultant will be an integral part of our projects working hand in hand with the team in designing and building solutions that address our customer needs and create measurable social impact.

The Associate consultant will be responsible for:

Developing and strengthening the domain knowledge and practice of ESG, Environment and Climate change for Sattva:

- Support in creating knowledge documents - primers, collaterals, proposals for different clients in the domain mentioned above

- Support in providing backend support through research and data insights for developing partnerships and sales conversation

- Support with research to develop methodologies and frameworks to assess and implement ESG / environmental projects in the ecosystem

Problem Solving and Analysis:

- Identify and create multiple solutions for the problem in hand using different thinking approaches

- Structuring and performing analysis, synthesizing the information to share key insights, form new hypotheses

- Conducting rigorous secondary and primary research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients

- Share the insights effectively in team and client meetings and work with the team to translate insights into recommendations and plans

Operations:

- Support the operations of the project/ program, including managing logistics and coordinating with multiple teams

- Engage with the client teams on the ground to effectively implement the programs, ensuring focus on impact first

- Creating reports, tools to inform the effectiveness of the project, on-ground efforts

- Supporting the team in project management and delivery

- Maintaining and recording all key documents associated with project management, planning and closure

- Work with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects deliverables and consistently deliver high-quality documents

- Support in the documentation of learning and potentially the creation of reusable knowledge from the project
