Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team. As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications using ABAP programming language. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality ABAP solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP programming language, following best practices and coding standards. 2. Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. 3. Design, develop, and enhance custom programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects) within the SAP environment. 4. Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of ABAP programs to ensure their quality, performance, and reliability. 5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, as well as collaborate with other team members on complex projects. 6. Stay up to date with the latest SAP ABAP technologies and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance and efficiency. 7. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs for optimal system performance. 8. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, effectively managing priorities and deadlines. 9. Document technical specifications, code changes, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing. Requirements: 1. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development. 2. Strong expertise in ABAP programming language, including ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, IDOCS and ABAP Dictionary. 3. Extensive experience in developing and maintaining custom programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects) within the SAP environment. 4. Solid understanding of SAP modules and their integration, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, or SAP BW. 5. Proficiency in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting ABAP programs to ensure high-quality deliverables. 6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and provide effective technical solutions. 7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 8. Experience with SAP Fiori, Web Dynpro, or other SAP UI technologies is a plus.
