AMD together we advance_ SAP WM Functional Lead AMD India is looking for SAP WM Functional Lead. As the SAP Functional Lead for Enterprise Warehouse Management, you will be accountable for the business process design and the support of standard Extended Warehouse Management functionality on SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management process areas. Job Experience Should have experience in Warehouse Management (WM) area such as Warehouse structure - Storage types, storage sections, bins, Storage Type Indicators, Interface between WM and IM, Goods movement, and material flow - Inward and Outward movements, Stock placement, removal and return rules. Should have experience or Good Knowledge in the advance WM processes such as Handling Unit (HU) Management & its configuration, Bar code/QR code configuration, Mobile data entry (Handheld Devices), RF queue management etc. Should have knowledge on integration with 3PL to IM/WM module, with prior experience leading such integrations. Must have knowledge on cross module integration i.e. Inventory Management (IM), Goods Receipts, Goods Issue, Stock Transfers, Transfer Postings, Material to Material Transfers, Physical inventory, Stock determination, Cycle Counting. Basic knowledge of ABAP includes debugging of programs and tables and strong working knowledge of Integration technologies i.e EDI, IDOC types, Message types, Partner profiles and Process codes. What You Will Do Participates in analysis of current state and design of future state business processes. Conducts internal workshops / proof-of-concept sessions for business to align to solutions that reduce customization requirements. Provides inputs to project related documentation GAP analysis, blueprints, functional specifications, for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms during different stages of implementation. Provides ongoing functional support by being the liaison between users and technical support teams. Manages incident tickets for new enhancements and projects post implementation. Encourages simplifying and streamlining business processes to deliver strong business benefits at an acceptable risk. Drives EWM functional landscape and solution, including the functional integration points, applicable standards and governance. Defines and / or align organization-wide best practices in design and development in EWM centric landscape in Integration and Customizations. Engages in the technical change control process, ensuring that changes are defined, test requirements declared and risks / costs / impacts quantified. Responsible for selecting, mentoring, and managing internal and external staff for successful What You Will Need : Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 5 years of working in SAP modules experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility Demonstrates experience with industry best practices and implementing EWM business processes. Experience in end to end full life cycle EWM implementation on HANA. Demonstrated understanding and application of the functional aspects of the analysis and design process and its associated documentation (ie. Functional specifications, test plans). Experience in warehouse automation technology not limited to SAP. Experience in integrating with 3rd Party Logistics or other warehouse and distribution technologies and processes. What Will Set You Apart : Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering plus 5 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Process Improvement and the ability to understand business challenges and have the ability to translate into solutions. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with business and IT globally. Should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Need to have strong documentation skills, ability to guide internal teams on SAP functionality. Understanding of SOX controls as applicable to software solutions and process controls.
